casillas, raul, torres, and NADAL! muahaha. he just won the Roland Garros!! i.e. the french open title! most importantly, he won roger federer! for those who might not know, roger federer is the world no. 1. he's like the brazil team of the tennis circuit. the one who always wins. bleah. but now....NADAL won! he's cute! cute!! :D

im like bursting with energy now. went for a run with my sis around bishan east. not a very good time, but i feel good! at least i ran like so much faster than the previous one. hahaha.
my slimming/keep fit plan is kicking in. hmmm, shall spend at least an hour a day during the hols to do some exercise. need to work off some 'lipids' in my body.
